Recreational Fishing License Fees
Beginning in 2008, anyone fishing, crabbing or clamming in Delaware waters will need a fishing license.
1. Non-resident Annual Fishing License.................$20.00
2. 7-Day Tourist Fishing License...........................$12.50
3. Resident Annual Fishing License.......................$ 8.50
4. Recreational Boat License (for vessels 20 feet or less)......$40.00
5. Recreational Boat License (for vessels over 20 feet)..........$50.00
Division of Parks and Recreation surf-fishing beaches include Cape Henlopen State Park, Delaware Seashore State Park and Fenwick Island State Park. A saltwater fishing license is required in Delaware and there is a four-wheel drive vehicle license requirement for all state owned beaches. Licenses are available at state park offices. Additional rules and safety requirements will be provided with the purchase of a surf fishing vehicle license. For more information call 302.739.4702
