Expanded Eastern Shore AFRAM Festival showcases heritage and culture while offering FREE live entertainment, a Friday night Amateur Talent competition and young people's pageant, Family Feud, and a Saturday morning parade. A wide variety of ethnic foods and cultural vendors/cultural displays are on site both days. Opening ceremony features authentic African Drumming and Dance, community recognition and awards. Community health/service vendors join the festival on Saturday. There are also games, prizes, more live entertainment, through the evening. Basketball Challenge/Fish Fry (fundraiser) on Thursday afternoon.
