Test your strength and skills kayaking Delaware Bay, biking Cape Henlopen State Park, and running on the beach. This race is open to athletes of any skill level with prizes in different categories. Pre-race meeting begins promptly at 7:30am. Advance registration is $27 and same day registrations are $40 per person.
