A night of pairing Dogfish beers/spirits with food and telling tales. Great food, fab drinks and good company! This month's theme is "Mardi Gras, A Bit of Big Easy in Rehoboth"

First Course: Creamy Artichoke & Oyster Soup

Second Course: Chicken & Pecan Salad in Lettuce Cups

Third Course: Grilled Shrimp Etoufee with Grilled Polenta & Balsamic Reduction

Fourth Course: Smoked Brisket with Pale Ale Cornbread & Fried Okra

Fifth Course: Brown Honey Rum Pecan Pie
