A night of pairing Dogfish beers/spirits with food and telling tales. Great food, fab drinks and good company! This month's theme is "A Night of Chocolate"

First Course: White Chocolate, Blood Orange & Roasted Beet Salad with Raspberry Chocolate Dressing

Second Course: Palo Santo Venison Chocolate Chili

Third Course: Grilled Scallop with White Chocolate & Pink Peppercorn Sauce

Fourth Course: Theobroma Mole

Fifth Course: Chocolate Martini - White and Dark Chocolate Mousse
