A night of pairing Dogfish beers/spirits with food and telling tales. Great food, fab drinks and good company! This month's theme is "Cheese-eee Cheese"

First Course: Indian Brown Ale French Onion Soup
Second Course: Chanterelle Mushroom, Bacon & Plum Salad with Blue Cheese & Plum Balsamic Reduction
Third Course: Lobster Napolean with Chevre, Tarragon Bechamel and Pico de Gallo
Fourth Course: Beer and Cheese Sampler from Nourish
Fifth Course: Fried Sweet Cheese Ravioli with Honey, Fresh Fruit
