Mosaic Second Saturday Art Walk

The galleries of Mosaic are working with the Lower Delaware Autism Foundation to help increase public awareness of autism. Each gallery will have information on autism as well as a display of artwork from at least one autistic child.

Specializing in fine oil paintings from the 19th and early 20th centuries, along with offerings by local artists, including Jinchul Kim, Paul Flexner, Howard Schroeder, Ethel Leach, Edward Grant, Victor Letonoff, Charles Allmond, Karin Snoots, Lesley McCaskill, Denise Dumont, Mollie Vardell, Adrienne Kralick, Marth Spak, and others.

Amandeline Gallery will display the collage artwork of artist Heather Judge. Heather's current works are in "mixed media," a mixutre of acrylic paint, fabrics, handmade papers and organic components including dried leaves and flowers. The result is a layered textured effect combining colors and finishes. Light refreshments will be surved during the gallery reception.

Detail Gallery will be highlighting the works of outsider artist Demarquis Lamar Johnson. Demarquis has developed a group of loyal fans over the years at Detail Gallery.
