As you know, Nage Rehoboth is a huge supporter of the Farm-To-Table concept. Every Thursday in the summer we feature a different farmer whose food we highlight and use to create all of our special dishes for the evening.
May is when it all starts on the farms. Join us to learn how our chefs incorporate all of the fresh-local produce available to us during the local growing season. Eating locally is beneficial on so many different levels. You reduce your carbon footprint and are able to bring the freshest and healthiest food available to your family.
