Towne and Country Fair

The Towne and Country Fair returns to the Governor Ross Plantation on Saturday, May 24th. It is co-sponsored by the Seaford Historical Society and the Greater Seaford Chamber of Commerce. The event will take place from 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Featured will be the Historical Vintage Car Club of Delaware's "32nd Annual First State Meet", crafters, exhibitors, food vendors, demonstrators and music. The Governor Ross Mansion will be open for tours, circumstances permitting.

Seaford Christmas Parade

Parade route begins at Nylon Blvd and Pennsylvania Avenue, marches east up High Street past the Judge’s stand at Mt. Olivet’s parking lot, turns north (left) at Market Street, and ends at Seaford Middle School. Recognized as the largest Christmas Parade on Delmarva, we are sure you won’t be disappointed! Woodland Ferry Festival

The festival takes place along the Woodland Church Road in the small community of  Woodland, DE, home of the historic Woodland Ferry.  The ferry is on the National Register of Historic Places .The current ferry, named the Tina Fallon, was christened and put into service on October 29, 2008.  The Woodland Ferry Association (a group of local citizens dedicated to preserving the charm and history of the area) is happy to once again bring back this festival after a three year absence.  The traditional Opening ceremonies will begin at 9:00 AM.  Another favorite tradition, the “Battle of the Ban

Autumn Invitational Juried Art Show

The Autumn Invitational Juried Art Show opening reception hosted by the Nanticoke River Arts Council will be held on Friday, Oct. 5 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Gallery 107 on High Street in downtown Seaford.
