    Oldies Rock & Roll Show Band. Performing Classic Hits from the 50's and the 60's. Female lead singer and sax player Kathie Martin is back! Kathie Martin, born Kathleen Susan Griffin, grew up in Silver Spring, Md and always wanted to be on the stage. As a small child she loved to sing and dance and was always in school plays and musicals. Kathie taught herself to play several instruments, guitar, piano, flute and saxophone. She started her professional career in music as a member of the Fabulous Hubcaps Show Band from 1980 to 1993.

    The 22nd annual Spring Delmarva Birding Weekend was held April 27 – 30, 2017. Thank you to our guests, guides, outfitters, sponsors, boat captains, land managers, refuge staff, private landowners, bartenders, servers, hotel managers, innkeepers, tourism professionals, economic development leaders, writers, photographers, web gurus and everyone who made the 22nd annual Spring Delmarva Birding Weekend a fantastic success.

    Most of all, thank you to the birds for sharing the Delmarva Peninsula with us. 182 species were tallied during the event.

    Transcendental Jam Session. Donations will be taken at the door. Complimentary vegetarian feast. Kirtan is a form of devotional chanting whose roots go back over 5000 years to India. It is a form of Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion) and has the power to open the heart. The singing is accompanied by musical instruments and rhythmic drumming and the audience is encouraged to participate by chanting, clapping, and dancing. You will not be able to resist the urge to join in! In its heartfelt expression kirtan can induce profound states of meditation, bliss, and ecstasy. Venue: Milton Theatre.
