    If the 78th Fraser Pipe Band sat down with Wolfstone, Afro Celt Sound System, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and the Waterboys and then asked some friends from a symphony and a Japanese taiko group to join them the resulting sound might resemble the AMERICAN ROGUES. For years the performances of this American/Canadian group have electrified audiences on three continents.

    On Friday, May 4, 2018, Nanticoke Health Services, the Western Sussex Chamber of Commerce and the City of Seaford will host the 5th annual Live for Chocolate – an evening of fun, laughter and support raising awareness for women’s health in Sussex County.

    Women often care for so many others, putting themselves on the bottom of the “to do” list. Live for Chocolate is an event that allows us to come together in fellowship, laughter and love to support and encourage one another to take care of ourselves while having a whole lot of fun!

When her father dies unexpectedly, graphic novelist Alison dives deep into her past to tell the story of the volatile, brilliant, one-of-a-kind man whose temperament and secrets defined her family and her life. Moving between past and present, Alison relives her unique childhood playing at the family’s Bechdel Funeral Home, her growing understanding of her own sexuality, and the looming, unanswerable questions about her father’s hidden desires.

    SWING JUNCTION…It's a Swing Thing, will recreate the music of the best swing bands including the classic songs within the great American songbook and songs from the newer neo-swing movement (Big Bad Vodoo Daddy, Brian Setzer, Royal Crown Revue) etc . What you can count on is that all the music presented will have a strong danceable groove along with lots of space for dancing.

    This exhibition includes a selection of work by artists who travel abroad to paint. The show features Carole Boggemann Peirson, Roger Dellar, Lois Engberg, Heather Lynn Gibson, Laura Hickman, and Martha Spak​.     Ted is a singer, songwriter and a tribute artist. He was born in Seattle and raised in the Olympia area. He has been performing from the age of ten throughout school in concert, symphonic and jazz bands developing his talents as a drummer and singer. In 2006 he went on to Laughlin, NV to compete in the Talent Quest 2006 involving 28 states, New Zealand, Australia and Canada taking first place. He then went on to win Komo TV 4's NW Afternoon Celebrity Look Alike contest. Ted now performs nationwide for all kinds of venues and events.

    Philadelphia area native Christine Havrilla, after embarking on an ambitious new journey with her Gypsy Fuzz project in late 2011, is releasing a series of "Live Sessions" into 2016 which will include long-time fan favorites as well as new songs with her current band, Gypsy Fuzz. Recording in numerous settings such as venues, living rooms, a recording studio with an live audience, in an old church, etc...these volumes will capture the spontaneous energy, soul-felt vibes and musical adventures that Christine brings to the stage, ANY stage!
