An Evening at the Hook: Monarch Butterflies

Mike McFarlin is a retired Army Colonel with a BS in Forestry, a minor in Biology, and a passion for helping monarch butterflies. Mike will share his knowledge and experience in working with the monarch butterfly. The monarch is one of the world's most beloved insects. He will discuss migration routes, impacts humans have made on the monarch environment, where to look for eggs, how to raise them from eggs, what to feed them, releasing the developed butterfly, and much more.
